.... This module offers a very Christ-centered perspective on soteriology – the most important subject in the world. Soteriology is the study of salvation and it’s related topics, such as election and pre- destination, as we are drawn into a saving relationship with God through Christ. It helps us understand who will be saved, how, and why, as the Lord works in our lives to obtain this result.

.... Historically, Calvinism and Arminianism have been the two major systems to address this subject. But when we look for the testimony of Jesus at each point, a better perspective emerges (Eph 4:13). Rather than a Plan of salvation, we find a Person of salvation; rather than a system we find a Savior. Rather than an arrangement, we find an abiding relationship as sons. This module is a work in progress and uses an open commentary format.
